By downloading, installing, or using PocketIQ Wealth ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, including both free and Pro subscribers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PocketIQ Wealth. PocketIQ Wealth does not create accounts or collect personal information, so this requirement is not independently verified — see our Privacy Policy for more on Children's Privacy.
PocketIQ Wealth is a suite of financial calculators and planning tools designed to help users understand and explore personal finance concepts. The App includes tools for loan calculations, debt payoff planning, net worth tracking, budgeting, retirement planning, and more.
The App is offered in two tiers:
PocketIQ Wealth is an educational tool. All calculations, projections, and content provided by the App are for informational and illustrative purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Results generated by the App:
Any assumed rates of return, inflation rates, interest rates, withdrawal rates, or other projections used in the App's calculators are hypothetical and do not represent or guarantee actual future performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Your use of PocketIQ Wealth does not create a fiduciary, advisory, professional, client, or other special relationship between you and Floris Labs LLC. Floris Labs LLC is not acting as your financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, accountant, tax advisor, or attorney.

While we strive to provide accurate calculations, Floris Labs LLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any calculation or result produced by the App. Financial calculations may be simplified and may not reflect all fees, taxes, market conditions, or other factors that affect real-world outcomes.

PocketIQ Wealth, including its name, logo, design, and all content, is the property of Floris Labs LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Floris Labs LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Floris Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on App calculations. Floris Labs LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floris Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or decisions you make based on the App's output.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any feature of the App (including Pro features or subscriptions), at any time, subject to applicable law and applicable App Store or Google Play requirements. We may also suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
These Terms are between you and Floris Labs LLC only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content, and have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of the App on their respective platforms, and each may enforce these Terms against you.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Floris Labs LLC regarding PocketIQ Wealth, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Floris Labs LLC may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
