Getting Started
Do I need to create an account to use PocketIQ Wealth? ›
No account required. Open the app and start using it immediately. We don't ask for your name, email, or any personal information.
Which tools are free? ›
The following tools are completely free with no time limit: Loan Calculator (including What If scenarios), Compound Interest Calculator, Single Debt Paydown, Credit Utilization, DTI Calculator, Cost of Waiting, ROI Calculator, Tip Calculator, Basic Calculator, Subscription Auditor (up to 6 subscriptions), Budget Planner (50/30/20 method), Net Worth Tracker (current view), and all Daily Finance Tips. Pro unlocks Multi-Debt Payoff, Retirement Calculator, FIRE Calculator, Home Value Calculator, full Budget Planner methods, Subscription Smart Audit, Net Worth Snapshots & History, and 8 accent color themes.
Can I use the app on multiple devices? ›
Yes — your Pro subscription is tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) and works on all your personal devices signed into that same account, on the same platform. However, because your data is stored locally on each device, entries you make on one device won't sync to another. This is a privacy feature — your data never touches a server.
Subscription & Billing
How do I start a free trial? ›
Tap any Pro feature in the app to open the upgrade screen. Current trial and promotional offers, if any, are shown there and in your platform's store listing before you subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription? ›
Subscriptions are managed entirely by the App Store or Google Play — never by us directly. On iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PocketIQ Wealth → Cancel Subscription. On Android: open the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PocketIQ Wealth → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancelling, Pro features remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my Pro access after reinstalling? ›
Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Tap the button and sign in with your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) if prompted. Your Pro access will be restored immediately at no charge, as long as you're on the same platform you originally subscribed on.
I was charged but the app still shows Free. What do I do? ›
First, try Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. Still having trouble? Email us at
support@florislabsapp.com and we'll get it sorted.
How do I request a refund? ›
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not us.
On iOS: visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your PocketIQ Wealth purchase, and select "Request a Refund."
On Android: open Google Play → Order history, find your PocketIQ Wealth purchase, and select "Request a refund."
Privacy & Your Data
Does the app connect to my bank account? ›
No. PocketIQ Wealth never connects to any bank or financial institution. All data is entered manually by you and stays on your device.
Where is my data stored? ›
All data you enter is stored locally on your device using standard local storage. Nothing is sent to any server. If you have cloud backup enabled on your device (e.g. iCloud Backup on iOS, Google's backup on Android), your app data may be included in that backup — this is controlled by your device settings, not by us.
What happens to my data if I delete the app? ›
Deleting PocketIQ Wealth removes all locally stored app data from your device. We have no copy of your data on any server. If you reinstall the app, you'll start fresh.
Calculator Questions
Are the calculator results guaranteed to be accurate? ›
PocketIQ Wealth uses standard financial formulas to calculate results. While we work to ensure accuracy, the results are estimates based on the information you enter and may not reflect all real-world factors (taxes, fees, rate changes, etc.). Results are for educational and planning purposes. Always verify important financial decisions with a licensed professional.
What is the FIRE Calculator? ›
FIRE stands for Financial Independence, Retire Early. The FIRE Calculator helps you determine your Financial Independence number (how much you need invested to live off returns indefinitely) and estimates how long it will take you to reach that number based on your current savings rate and investment return assumptions.
What's the difference between Debt Paydown and Multi-Debt Payoff? ›
Debt Paydown (free) calculates the payoff timeline and interest for a single debt, with options to see what extra payments save you. Multi-Debt Payoff (Pro) handles multiple debts at once and uses Avalanche (highest interest first) or Snowball (smallest balance first) strategy to show you the optimal payoff order across all your debts.
