Your entries stay on your device — we have no servers receiving them, no accounts to create, and no bank connections of any kind. Limited technical and subscription information may be processed by third-party services necessary to operate purchases (see Section 3).
Floris Labs does not collect, store, or transmit the financial information you enter into PocketIQ Wealth. Specifically, we do not collect:
All data you enter into PocketIQ Wealth — including numbers, entries in the Net Worth Tracker, Budget Planner, Subscription Auditor, and all calculators — is stored exclusively on your device using your operating system's standard local storage. Floris Labs does not transmit this data to its own servers.

If Floris Labs LLC is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, information related to PocketIQ Wealth (such as subscription and account records held by our third-party services) may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users, via an in-app notice or an update to this page, before any such data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
PocketIQ Wealth Pro is available as a subscription managed entirely through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not process payments directly and do not receive or store your payment information. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions (Android).
Floris Labs does not maintain servers containing the financial entries you make in PocketIQ Wealth, so there is no server-side copy for us to retain or delete. Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app, subject to the device-backup behavior described in Section 2. Subscription records (such as purchase and renewal history) may be retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their own policies and legal obligations. PocketIQ Wealth is designed to minimize collection of user data by storing your financial entries locally on your device rather than on Floris Labs servers. However, no electronic storage method or device is completely secure, and Floris Labs cannot guarantee the absolute security of information stored on your device.
PocketIQ Wealth is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Floris Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or any personal data to function.
